UNMASK

with Kensley Mericci

UNMASK was created with the intention of helping you navigate your journey with Autism as you learn to process the diagnosis as a high masking woman.

Together, we will identify where you are on your journey and provide you with the appropriate resources to help you.

Let's get started

If you're just starting out, I suggest getting a better understanding of autism in women and how it relates to the nervous system using this guide.

A key part of navigating an autism diagnosis is finding a support system that you can lean on and relate to.

I have a supportive community of high masking autistic women that you can join for this.

Here you'll be able to connect with others on their healing journey and ask any questions you might have.

To heal your nervous system and begin the unmasking process, you will have to learn how to self-soothe in a healthy way. This is called reparenting. I designed a 3 step process for this to help break it down for you.

You can learn how to begin the reparenting process by attending my masterclass, here.

Next, I have put together a self-directed collection of video lessons.

These will introduce you to some key components in the unmasking process, relating to how you can start processing complex trauma.

Finally, using the in-depth resources in
the UNMASK program, you can begin processing complex trauma to become the most authentic version of yourself. . This program has all the information and practice tools you'll need to support yourself throughout the process, and allow you to navigate life in a way that nurtures your mental health,.

And after you've completed
your learning and still have
questions, I encourage you to book a call so that we can sit down together to help you find clarity.

XO, Kensley Mericci
