The ICD-11 for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics is the official documentation provided by the WHO (World Health Organization) specifying the diagnostic criteria for CPTSD. The form below contains 27 questions based on the ICD-11 used to determine if you present with the symptoms of CPTSD.
