HOW DOES IT WORK?
The program is divided into 25 sections:
introduction, workbook download and 23 lessons.
Each lesson plan includes a video lesson, a text summary of the lesson contents, a workbook section, and a quiz style review of the lesson.
The contents of the program goes over three main pillars of nervous system regulation: identifying the root of your childhood trauma, learning how that trauma affects you in your adult life, and adopting healthy ways of managing and healing from your trauma.
The formatting of each lesson is designed to accommodate the learner by catering to different learning styles, so that you feel empowered and seen while completing the program.
When you access the program, you also gain access to an exclusive community of women that you can connect with to share about your experiences and feel supported through the process.

SET ASIDE 1 HOUR A WEEK TO COMPLETE A LESSON
My suggestion? Use a calendar on your phone and mark one hour a week that will be your designated UNMASK time. This will encourage you to remain consistent in completing the lessons!

USE THE COMMUNITY FOR ADDED ACCOUNTABILITY
